FA Capital Inc was established in 2007 to acquire banks in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Unfortunately, both acquisition attempts were unsuccessful: the first due to a regulatory decision by the local banking authority (later overturned), and the second due to state intervention resulting from a restructuring of the entire banking sector.
